The vendor price changes also stack with this charm, so in theory you could get up to 55% reduction in vendor prices, repairs, and gambling with both items.Īs an actual bow, it's got plenty of good things going for it that a young Amazon could ask for.
The only other item in game that reduces vendor prices is the charm Gheed's Fortune, a rare-drop Unique charm that drops in Hell difficulty. Every class can equip Edge, as long as it's not created in an Amazon-only bow. The Edge bow must be equipped to work (not just in inventory) but you'll see the price reduction immediately. You may not think this is important, but this reduction in vendor price extends to repair prices and Gambling as well. So why should someone playing a melee or caster class be interested in making an Edge? It's because it's one of only two items in the game that reduces vendor item prices when equipped- and you can get it as low as level 25.
